• Where are you based?
  The JOY studio is based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
  
• Which materials do you use in your jewellery?
  Genuine Swarovski crystal birthstones, and a mix of plated and precious metals. Please see individual product descriptions.

• Can I send my order to the recipient with a gift message?
  No problem, just select this option at checkout, and type your message in the "Add Gift Note" and we’ll omit price details.
  
• Can I collect my order?
  Unfortunately we cannot arrange collections at our studio.
  
• How is my order packaged?
  All items are presented in an organza gift bag (free option) or branded gift box (£2.95) complete with a sentiment card to match the occasion. A birthstone information card is enclosed with all birthstone products.
  
• Can the size/length of your jewellery pieces be changed to suit my needs?
  Yes, we can make most of our products to your size specification. Please see our Contact Form to confirm this is possible before placing an order.
