DELIVERY

All of our products are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days and sent by Royal Mail. We offer the following services:-

• Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days delivery*) - £3
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50
• Click & Collect (Mon - Thu between 9am - 4pm) - free
• Guaranteed next working day* (order by 12pm)  - £6.95
• International tracked USA & Canada (7-10 working days delivery*) - £10

Delivery times do not include bank holidays and weekends. Next day orders are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer local collection from our Head Office. You will receive emails to keep you up to date with your order's whereabouts, and notification of when the order is ready for collection. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your little piece of JOY, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind we will be happy to help. We offer an exchange/refund on unsuitable items that are returned to us unworn and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase.

Where a refund is applicable, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days (please note we do not refund returns postage cost on unsuitable items).

Products that are personalised by way of engraving/handstamping and, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
