  • Where are you based?

The JOY studio is based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.

 

  • Which materials do you use in your jewellery?

We use genuine Swarovski crystal for our birthstones, and a mix of plated and precious metals. Please see individual product descriptions.

 

  • I have a question about product.

Go to the product and click the 'Ask a question' button or, alternatively, click HERE  to enter the product title and ask a question via our contact form.

 

  • I’d like to send my order direct to the recipient with a gift message.

No problem, just select this option at checkout and we’ll omit price details.

 

  • I have a question about my order.

Please contact us via the link on your order confirmation email or alternatively click HERE to enter your order number and ask a question. We are here to help.

 

  • Can I add to a product I bought from you previously?

Of course, please use our contact form HERE to send us your original order number and request.

 

  • I live locally, can I collect my order?

We are sorry but we cannot arrange collections at our studio due to health and safety reasons.

 

  • How is my order packaged?

All items are presented in an organza gift bag or branded gift box complete with a sentiment card to match the occasion. A birthstone information card is also enclosed with all birthstone products.

 

  • How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your JOY jewellery looking it’s best, we advise you do not expose it to water, perfumes, cosmetics or detergents. We suggest you clean regularly with a jewellery cloth and store your items in an airtight container.

 

  • Can the size/length of your jewellery pieces be changed to suit my needs?

Yes, we can make the majority of our products to your size specification. Please click HERE to confirm this is possible before placing an order.

 

  • How can I return a gift that someone has bought for me?

If you don't want the purchaser of your gift to know that you wish to return their gift, just get in touch with us. We’ll need the name of the customer or the order number for your gift so we can locate the order and organise an exchange.
