Dos and don’ts of caring for your jewellery

Do:

Handle carefully

Clean with a polishing cloth

Check clasps for wear and tear

Make jewellery the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take off

Don’t:

• Wear in the bath/shower or swimming
• Wear when exercising or doing demanding physical work – sweat causes tarnishing
• Store next to a radiator/heater or in the bathroom
• Allow contact with moisturisers, perfumes, make up etc.
• Use abrasive chemicals to clean

Yes, we can make the majority of our products to your size specification. Please click HERE to confirm this is possible before placing an order. 

I live locally, can I collect my order?

Yes, please select ‘pick up in store’ at the checkout stage. 

How can I return a gift that someone has bought for me?

If you don't want the purchaser of your gift to know that you wish to return their gift, just get in touch with us. We’ll need the name of the customer or the order number for your gift so we can locate the order and organise an exchange.
