A Gift Worth Waiting For...

It's the most wonderful time of the year... If you ignore the war on Ukraine, the cost of living crisis and industrial action taking place within many important institutions, that is.

We support Royal Mail for the important action being taken however, this does mean our deliveries have been affected. 

Our team of JOYful elves have been working seven days a week, hand making and posting out your orders to ensure you receive your gifts before Christmas Day.

Unfortunately, once your orders leave our premises, the delivery is entirely out of our hands. We regularly update our delivery page to ensure you are kept up to date, with our updates coming directly from Royal Mail.

We know this isn't ideal, and we hope you'll accept our sincere apologies if your parcel has been delayed and isn't sitting under the Christmas tree just yet - but we promise, it's coming!
