A beautiful gold plated constellation disc necklace with hand wrapped birthstone detail.

The necklace is the perfect way to wear the star constellation relating to your zodiac sign. The necklace is personalised further with the addition of sparkling crystal birthstones in the month of your choice.

Please note that we use Swarovski crystal 'Siam' shade for both garnet and ruby, as this most closely represents the real gemstone colours.
